RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Yoga by Kierstie Payge | The Dharma Kollective

By registering for a retreat, submitting payment, or checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Your reservation is confirmed once your required deposit or payment has been received.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFERS

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

More than 60 days before the retreat, cancellation terms are subject to the specific policy listed for your retreat.

Within 60 days of the retreat start date, all payments are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be offered for any reason.

Reservations may not be transferred to another person or moved to a future retreat within 60 days of the retreat unless otherwise confirmed by Kierstie.

No refunds will be given for late arrival, early departure, missed activities, or unused portions of the retreat.

TRAVEL & INSURANCE

Participants are responsible for their own flights, travel documents, visas, transportation, and personal expenses unless otherwise stated.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and emergencies.

RETREAT CHANGES

We reserve the right to reasonably modify the itinerary, accommodations, activities, teachers, or schedule when necessary due to circumstances outside our control, availability, safety, or other operational needs.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY

Participation in yoga, movement, breathwork, excursions, travel, and other retreat activities involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Yoga by Kierstie Payge, The Dharma Kollective, and their owners, employees, contractors, teachers, facilitators, guides, staff, and representatives to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for informing us of any relevant medical, dietary, or accessibility needs.

PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. We reserve the right to remove a participant whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

AGREEMENT

By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the Cancellation Policy and Assumption of Risk.
