The Why…
This masterclass was born from necessity—after years of teaching 20+ classes a week, burning out, and learning every lesson the hard way. I eventually found my way to deeper understanding, embodiment, and inspiration — and it has transformed how I walk this path.
What I’ve created here is everything I wish I had at the beginning of my teaching and entrepreneurial journey: the teachings, philosophies, and mindsets that would have saved me from overgiving. Today, I think outside the box, make space for passive income, and focus on aligned, high-level offerings — all while protecting my energy and staying rooted in the work I love.
These three phases are designed as a blueprint to help you expand your business, reclaim your energy, and remember your inherent worth, all while connecting you with a community of like-minded, inspiring people.
